I originally heard
about Jackson Gore 6 or 7 years ago but
life circumstances took me in other real
estate directions until Spring of 2005
when I received a postcard. I was
immediately in touch with Nancy Anderson
who was knowledgeable, honest and
personable about all the facets of what
Jackson Gore had to offer then and in
the future and guided me in the correct
direction for my needs. I have
studied this property to see where the
fallacy might be and have found not one.
It has met and exceeded all my highest
expectations not just for winter but for
all seasons of the year. Since I
have an unstructured job the Space
Available is an outstanding extra that
works perfect for me. Jackson Gore
is an extraordinary property but the
people, in Particular Nancy and Gene
from First Tracks Realty have made my
experience very special. I am now
working with them to acquire additional
real estate in Vermont. I give
them both my highest recommendation

We first met Gene
when we came to ski on a rainy day in
late March. We had thought about a
mountain condo but the prices did not
work for our budget. My initial thoughts
on a timeshare were absolutely negative,
but after reading the owner’s manual and
talking to Gene for several days we
decided maybe it was a workable solution
after all. Since the completion of the
Inn we
have discovered we enjoy the area as
much during other seasons as the winter
skiing and now come 4-5 times a year.
The best part is having no
responsibility for property, just come
and enjoy. Gene and Nancy were super to
talk with during the long completion
process, and we enjoy seeing them each
visit. Their relaxed down home approach
says it is much more than just another
sale, it is a genuine concern that we
find the right approach to enjoying all
the pleasures that Vermont has to offer.
They now seem more
like friends than agents and we have
enjoyed the relationship so much over
the years that we are now working with
them to find an additional property in
Vermont.
