We are Gene Felder and Nancy DePalma, co-founder's of Okemo First Tracks Realty. We have been friends and associates for over a decade and believe we have created a work place that reflects our personal ethics and life style. Our partnership is based on honest communication, a good balance of varied strengths and a host of similar interests.

Before opening First Tracks we spent the last 10 years exclusively marketing and selling Jackson Gore at Okemo.  As a result, we feel that no other outside real estate office has the expertise in fractional ownership and can educate the buyer better than us.

The real difference in First Tracks Realty is the people. Our small family of realtors are enthusiastic, optimistic and always treat clients with a friendly professionalism.

Nancy is a native Vermonter whose passions include, skiing, equestrian, hiking, biking and gardening. Gene is a transplant, having moved to VT in 1973 and never looked back. Like Nancy, he enjoys skiing, hiking and most outdoor activities.

When we meet new people and are able to share with them the area that means so much to us it is a real pleasure.  We build relationships with our clients built on trust, honesty, experience, professionalism and the very real desire to turn clients into friends.

First Tracks Realty is more than a real estate office.  We are a resource for clients and friends who may be looking for anything from  good recommendations for a plumber, an up to date ski report or the best place to hike with young children. You may see a sign on our office door that reads "gone skiing"...or hiking...or golfing (usually with clients) and isn't that what life is really about?  We get to know our clients and their families so that we can help them find the Vermont they have been looking for.
