24 Hour Front Desk - There is always a qualified person on hand round the clock for all of your families needs whether it be a late check in, a maintenance issue, medical emergency and of course on site security.

Concierge - Bill McGrath is the person to speak with for planning your family’s activities either on site or through out the area. He can tell you where to hike, bike, golf and more and is always ready with reliable dining suggestions. You may find him in the lobby of the Jackson Gore Inn or by dialing 228-1425 or in-house at 71425.

Valet and Bell Services - A happy and willing staff is always available to help with your luggage and park and retrieve your car whether it is parked in the heated underground garage or needs the snow to be scraped off, warmed up and delivered to your front door.

Daily Maid Service - You are truly on vacation here at Jackson Gore so don’t lift a finger. Spend all your vacation time with your family out enjoying the slopes and then come home to a neat and tidy residence with fresh linens and towels. They even do the dishes!

Underground Parking - Pull right into this heated and secure underground garage and take a convenient elevator up to your residence. No more clearing off the snow, scraping off the ice or bundling your family into a frozen car.

Restaurants and Lounges - Enjoy an apres ski beverage at the lounge conveniently located in the lobby of the Jackson Gore Inn and be sure to check out the martini menu. Then choose between a gourmet meal at the Coleman Brook Tavern or a more casual but delicious meal at the Vt.Pizza CO. The Round House is a cafeteria style lodge with food stations ranging from Starbucks, Bakery, Pizza, Grilled Panninis and Burgers, traditional pizza and fresh made to order salads and sandwiches.

Arcade - Located on the main floor, your kids will enjoy the variety of pinball and video games while you relax in front of the lobby fireplace.

Health Club - Work out on the tread mills or run the circuit on the weight machines. The kids will love the out door year round heated pool. Relax in the indoor or outdoor whirlpools then perhaps a steam or sauna to get all those kinks out. Massage and therapies are available by reservation.

Ice House - If after a day of fun on the slopes your kids still have energy to burn head for the Ice House, skate, play hockey or relax by the fire pit.

The Spring House - Brand new, state of the art fitness and recreation center has something for everyone in your family. Shoot some hoops, play racquet ball, work out, take a class, swim laps or just sit back and watch the kids on the froggy slide!
Ice House- This covered ice rink will be a big hit with your family. Hockey regulation in size and lit for night skating. Norman Rockwell would have painted your rosy cheeked kids skating their hearts out while you relax by the fire pit with a cup of cocoa.

Ski In/Out - Where ever your residence is located at Jackson Gore you are just steps away from the JG Express which zips you up the slopes with access to the entire Okemo trail system. At the end of the day a gentle down hill glide brings you home again.

Skier Services - It doesn’t get more convenient than having all your families needs just an elevator ride away. Get your tickets, rentals, lessons and equipment repaired all in one location.

Daycare - Caring, Certified and Qualified describe the Jackson Gore child care staff. You may pre-arrange reservations in this beautiful facility. Separate baby room with cribs and feeding station. Relax and have fun, your children are in good hands.
Tennis - Two regulation courts under cover so go ahead and play in the rain.

Basket and Racquet Ball - The Spring House will have both available in addition the Ice House will convert to Basket Ball and Tennis during our other season.

Golf - The Okemo Mountain Golf Club and Academy is a championship 18 hole course with over 4,000 sq. ft. of indoor golf with swing stations, putting greens and computer simulations. Jackson Gore is scheduled to start construction on site with an additional 9 hole executive course. Tater Hill is a scenic 15 mile drive to another Okemo course. There are another 6 courses with in easy driving distance.

Conference Center - Jackson Gore has plans for a large functionally flexible facility that will accommodate up to 500 people or may be broken up into smaller meetings.

Weddings -The wedding planner, Lynn Koch, will help plan the wedding of your dreams. Jackson Gore has hosted the big day for many happy couples. Your entire list of guests can reserve rooms at the Inn for the big event.

Library - Jackson Gore Owners have exclusive access to the Library located on the second floor of the Inn. This is a quiet place to relax with a good book, finish up homework, get on line or check your e-mail. Use the computers and fax machines or bring your own laptop.

Lounge - Located on the second floor of the Inn, as an owner you and your guest can make use of this comfortable space for cocktails, a game of cards or just relax in front of the fire. Out fitted with a small fridge and wet bar for your convenience.

Locker Room - You are assigned your own private locker to store your personal items. Just take the elevator down, sit in a warm room to put your boots on, grab your skis or board and you are just steps away from the lift. Upon return home unburden yourself, no more lugging your equipment around.

Health Clubs - No extra charge as an owner at Jackson Gore. You and your family have unlimited use of the Jackson Gore Health Spa as well as the new Spring House.

Valet Service - Never park in the lower lot again! No more getting into a cold, snow covered car. Just pull up to the door and we will do the rest.

RCI - With almost 4,000 resorts world wide to choose from your family will have a hard time deciding where to vacation next. This exchange program allows you to swap any of your weeks at Jackson Gore with other co-operating resorts for a minimal fee.

Space Available - Bonus vacations days! If it is not your scheduled week just call 72 hours in advance of when you would like to arrive. If the Inn is 90% or less occupied then you and your family stay for free. You pay only the maid service.

Rental Program - An optional program to off set your carrying costs. If you are not able to use any of your weeks and they are rented you will receive 55%.

Security - On site security, camera coverage and 24 hour front desk.

Maintenance - On site maintenance covers everything from normal wear and tear to scheduled upkeep and replacement of all the interior furnishings. Snow removal, trash pick up, landscaping and more.
