With the release of property transfer data for November by the Town Treasurer, Ludlow property transfer activity climbed over $101 million for the year.  Based on 312 property transactions, averaging over $325,000 per activity, the total value of real estate transactions through November was $101,671,890.

Of this total, $76,136,990 came from non Jackson-Gore activity.  These transactions averaged $420,646 per sale.

The first five months of the year saw the bulk of the activity related to Jackson-Gore sales.
